Messy MEh????? part 2

If I didn't ruin my fringe....I would be patient enough to wait till March to have my hair short....

but...

..it's meant to be that...

....I RUINIED it....

...and A COMPLAINT about it ~!!...

now I get my short hair much quicker than expected...
