One thing about growing up: Managing your own expenses!

I used to have 10 cent pocket money for the whole of my primary school life, they pretty much live in my piggy bank until piggy bank move to live in a real bank. 

Money seems to grow much easier than.

Not sure why when I grow up, my bank account is getting drier~~ *cold sweat*.

Remember just days ago I said I want to faint just looking at my credit card account?

I just had another looked at it!

Call 991 please. I want to faint again! T.T

From air tix to module training to major car services, my salary is gone just like that!! 

 Mama, can I resume my pocket money?

Yes, I told mom about it and I got nagged at for the next 10 mins. T.T like I am not kelian enough, still nagged at me T____T

My mom records her expenses and that is her advice to me. 

I downloaded this apps: MoneyControl (hahaha the name sounds convincing enough)

I quite like the layout. Very user-friendly. I urge the rest of you (I think only Rose and Yien2 read this lah) ei~ do your expenses account ahh friend! If not, it's my turn to call 991 for you.

SATURDAY 13.07.13

Celebrated Celeste's birthday a few days earlier but little pumpkin doesn't mind at all.

Her birthday cake looks like our house dog. LOL!!

Of course mah, she got a new barbie before her actual birthday to add to her collection! Untung loh! 

Come to think about it, when I first returned to Kuching she wasn't even a month old. And now she is 5. That is fast! 

That also means I am back in Kuching for 5 years dy! Wow! It felt longer than that! I am glad I did come back despite the first few months of acclimatizing. Afterall, my home sweet home is in Kuching! :)

SUNDAY 14.07.13

A close relative of mine asked my dad to name his newborn baby girl.

Being very traditional, my dad wanted to continue with 'Ming' on this family tree. 

In the end, since it's the only girl my relative has, he thought she must be his 掌上明珠 (precious one) therefore he suggested 'Ming Zhu' (明珠) which means pearl.

I objected! 

She would hate me for my father has named her something a bit 'song'. At my time, 明珠 is perfectly fine. At my dad's time, all the 兰， 花，玉，珠 are perfectly fine too. But it's 2013, to name a baby with that name is like calling a girl an aunty. No WAYyy~

Thank goodness my SIL came to the rescue - we named her Ming min. (Ming = bright/clever, min = agile). I think it's brilliant!

Okay, now she is gonna like me even more for saving her from being called 'Ming Zhu'.

Nothing much today, except that I did both Jam and running today and I am sooooo tired!!

Well, Kenny is still very curious about my 'armpit health' (wait, is there such thing?) Anyway, I dedicated his curiosity into my blog post: Joke of the Day #15: Minion!!!

I joined their practice today and it's so intense. I think I know why it's called the '30 mins high intensity interval workout' burning up to 400 calories in just half an hour!!
