A month's update in a single post: Mid Sept - Oct 2013
Hi~! I'm home!

I feel so calm right now after my Body Balance Module Training! The drill we had make my body so soreeee~~~ luckily my fingers are good so I thought why not blog instead.
I know I've been slacking on my little diary since the proposal. I think my diary is going to be a monthly thingylike period from now. So here are the highlights that had happened from Mid Sept till now!

1) Charity Relauch! Body Jam 66 #makethecrowdgo
That's me kickstarting the party with Track 1: #thatpower with the rest of the BJ team. We sure did #makethecrowdgo! It was so happening and we were so happy that Body Jam Tix sold out!
I thought 1kg Salmon looks more than this?! Don't know the chef got curi some boh?
Next time we want to try buying it from fishmonger! Eat till I puke also can! I super love Salmon!
Instead of blogging and going to gym, I spent nights researching on forums and blogs for wedding 101 (speaking of which I'll start to blog about Wedding 101 as I go, hopefully I'll save a few brides from becoming Bridezilla).
At time when I needed some input, Kenny was doing his sponsored trip with Qatar Airways for 2 weeks. I know I should just hold it till he is back but I trust that our relationship is open and honest.
I poured it out to him......
We talked......
And he promised we'll do it together when he is back!
The moment I blah it all out to him, the tension dwindle away and I felt so much better. *tears* 嫁对郎了!I love you!
Thanks to FB friends too for being there for me when needed some guidance.

2) Had 1kg Salmon feast with my eating gang! LOL!

3) Okay, the third one is quite emotional to me. That's why it's super long as compared to the rest!
I haven't had a peaceful mind since September when stress of preparing for a wedding started to pinch in and I felt like I have to keep everyone happy by fulfilling their expectations.

A whooping 28 comments overnight to keep my eyesballs busy. LOL! But seriously really appreciate all those thoughts cause it made me think and look deeper as to what VALUE most to both Kenny and I. So yeah, I found my answer! =) =) Thank you guys, couldn't do it without you all!

4) Say Hi to my baby nephew!
Haven't got the chance to hold him yet cause hours after he was born I was on my way to KL for Body Balance training. And when I am back (which is today), he is hospitalized due to jaundice (common for newborn). I am pretty sure he'll be out soon. =)

5) Just over the weekend - 4th Oct to 6th Oct. I completed my second Program with Les Mills.
It's a 3-day Body Balance Module training (which combines Taichi, Yoga and Pilates into a class) and I have gained so much out of it!
We had an interesting group to start with, half of us from the group are already a Les Mills Instructor while the other 4 are PT, Zumba, gym member and gym staff.
I really enjoyed my training though the drill was tough! Imagine holding onto Plank then Crocodile pose then Updog again and again but SLOW! Man, core and arms are shaking!
Unlike Body Jam where everything moves fast! I learn in Body Balance to move slower!
I learn more about my body's ability and limits (darn, I thought Swan pose is easy but it's cause I have been doing it wrong the whole time! T____T My hips are so stiff lah~~!)
I learn so much from the group esp on Courage and Passion! The courage to try something new, the courage to move out from my comfort zone and the passion to live my life, not just by saying but truly living it!
I am inspired! =)

That's everyone of us enjoying our Bond moments! (cause one of the track is Skyfall) LOL!
So yeah, this is how life has been treating me!
