My little diary: 18th - 22nd July 2013

THURSDAY 18.07.13

Got a letter from my sponsored child. Her name is Mo.

I have been with World Vision's Child Sponsorship program for 2 years but I have never met Mo.

Every year, WV (Malaysia) would organize 2-3 World Vision Sponsor's Visit to places that they have reached, to show us how our sponsored money is used and on what.

In 2012 March, WV (Malaysia) visited Tua Chua, Vietname, that is where my kid is.

*sigh* At that time, I was happy being just 'a sponsor'. But after a few times of famine camp and volunteering, I really wanted to know how has my contribution changed Mo's life?

T.T It's a pity I missed it.

"A child maybe born into poverty but poverty is never born to a child."

Well said indeed.

With Rm 65/month (Children from Asian countries) or Rm 80 (Children from non Asian Countries), that is less than RM3/day of contribution (cheaper than Kolo Mee okay!!!) and it's enough to change a kid's life!

The power of change lie in your hands. Do click to learn more about World Vision's Child Sponsorship programme.

FRIDAY 19.07.13

My workout today:

Skipped quite a few of my tuesday Small Group Training workout after Taiwan trip and I am resuming SGT today. Man, that is like 1 and a half month delay *Spank self*!

Surprising enough, I managed to do push ups on my toes. (I could never do that previously!!) Maybe it was my BB training, maybe I got lighter, I don't know. But I am so glad it's another milestone achieved! :D

*chest circles kao kao* Hehehehe

SATURDAY 20.07.13

Woke up to a lazy Saturday and found little pumpkin sitting in front of the TV, licking her bowl clean!! hahahahaha, betahan that satisfying look!

Hahaha!! Silly Celeste! Not a tiny bit of Instant Mee Goreng escaped her tongue. LOL!

*fast forward to night*

I hear a kitty crying for attention and my curiosity found her at the stairs nearby the place we have Bak Kut Teh. When she saw me, she turned the tip of her ears horizontally like this:

Awwwwwww~

Did your heart melt? Mine melted!

Amazing thing was......

The moment I touched her, she stopped her high pitched cry. I kept telling her 'It's okay, I won't hurt you! It's okay!' and she seemed to understand what is coming through my mouth.

Awwwwww~ ~ those eyes ~ *melt*

I have soft spot for innocent looking animals. Feel kinda bad to left it there. But I don't know what to do with it.

MMmmeow, MeoOw Meeow Meow Meoww (Sorry :( , but I hope you felt loved just now)

SUNDAY 21.07.13

Logos hope is closing in an hour and here we are visiting the ship. (Hahahaha, yeah we are always very last minute).

This is my first time on a floating book fair leh. The books on board were cheap and they are brand new! They have a huge section on children's book and religion but that didn't interest me. I like health and motivational books better.

And today, my dear dear did something very touching! Onion Head Smiley

After we left Logos hope, I was craving for Italian Chocolate Ice Cream (I had it during Kuching Festival and I got hooked!! It was so so goodddd!).

And my dear dear rushed all the way to get that for me (it's closing soon and we were a distance away)

It's damn good!!
T.T *感动的眼泪*Thank you dear~~!! I felt so love!

Note: If I were the bf, I would be reluctant to do it. And I'll  brush her thought of by telling her 'Fat ahhh~ ~!!!' (that is why I am so touched)

MONDAY 22.07.13

Have you try waving at your bf like a 'sio po', when you accidentally bumped into each other on the road and he ignores you? (if yes, you'll know how I feel)

*pout* My dear dear ignored me!

*cannot accept!* He ignored me!!
