My little diary: 3rd - 7th July 2013


WEDNESDAY 03.07.13

3rd of July means 3 things to me – it’s my brother’s birthday; it’s Babara’s wedding day and also Body Jam Anniversary day.  

I remember it so well cause 3 years ago, just hours after launching Body Jam 53, we were at Babara’s wedding dinner celebrating with the newly-wed. Hahaha!


Nothing has changed much! My bro is still my bro (still handsome and wit).


BJ is still rocking the house.

And Baba still forgot about her wedding anniversary. Lolol!!


Betahan, she is such a funny girl!



THURSDAY 04.07.13

Saw a vexatious Instagram from a celeb and it got me as mad as a hornet!

What is this? You don’t pose a question and ask people to FUCK OFF cause they are not on your side! That's RUDE! And nope, it’s not me (in case you are wondering)

Sad thing is, people are siding her and attacking the rest that is not on her side just to get attention. How SICK is our society? What happen to JUSTICE and HUMILITY?!

It’s really lamentable when you have the power to spread the goodness of life and yet you headed the opposite and incite a dispute, a meaningless one. 

Our society is disharmonious enough, we don’t need more negativity and anger! No, Thank you!

And wake up Instagram followers, some posts are not meant to earn a ‘Like’!

Only meaningful posts like this deserves plenty of ‘Likes’!


I have high respect to the man who came out with this words! It's empowering! *Salute*

Today, I also learnt that Rose not only live close to me, but also works close to me! Why are we so close yet so far wan? I worked here almost 2 years never bump into you pun! Now I wonder if we go to the same kindie and same primary school? LOL.

FRIDAY 05.07.13

Very discipline today.

This is my first Body Balance (BB) class since my Registration for Les Mills BB training.

Every time after a BB class, everything tends to slow down. My breath is slower, my posture is taller and I feel the calmness in my mind. BB is going to do me plenty of good.

Inner peace ~ ~ ~ Uuuuummmmm~~!! 



SATURDAY 06.07.13

Kenny is away in KL so I went shopping with my Mom at CityOne since Mom never been there.

It is supposed to be ‘window shopping’ but the sales make it again, I swiped my credit card to buy my office wear T.T

Die! I spend so much this month from fixing my car to registering BB training and now shopping, am I in a huge debt?

SUNDAY 07.07.13

Woke up super early today and headed to Jangkar Waterfall.

It’s BeaaauuutiFull! 
Romantic!
I think it deserves a separate post! So stay tuned cause I am gonna save the photos for the post! hehehe.

We had a wonderful time but we got a shock!

On our way back, a guy from the group in front slipped and got swept away by the torrent! 

It happened too fast and we didn't know how to react! All I saw was the slipped, then his belongings got swept away (like very very fast) and the poor guy stuck his arms out, trying to hold on to the rocks at the side!


Luckily, he managed to hang on there, about 6 meters from where he slipped. My fight-or-flight response kicked in and I rushed over clinging my my hands tightly on his arm, and yell on top of my lungs for help!

OH-MY-GOD!!
That was soooo close! 
Any further he will be on the news tomorrow!
Ryan and another guy came over and we dragged him out of there!
He got some scratches but no broken bones or anything serious! Phew! Onion Head Smiley
